Brine bath, garden bath, Oriental bath. Finnish sauna, salt room, caldarium, and more. Float indoors, swim outdoors, rest in between. Just go with the flow – the water will carry you.

Yang yoga for strength and posture. Yin yoga for depth and letting go. Meditation for clarity and tranquillity. All formats are offered separately, with careful guidance, in small groups – indoors or outdoors.

Physical therapy

Manual lymphatic drainage, osteopathy, Kneipp treatments – provided by qualified practitioners and covered by the German Public Health Insurance System (only for German residents). Veronika Rudigier will guide you with her experience and empathy. Rest and healing go hand in hand.
