The people behind the experience
Chef de cuisine Timo Matthes has been with us for four years and has developed his own style in the Reppert kitchen: a love of regional dishes and a passion for his home region, combined with Mediterranean influences. His partner, Nicoleta Capatina, has been running our restaurant for almost six years now – with heart, care, and an instinct for what our guests want.
