Late risers’ breakfast

8 a.m. – 11.30 a.m. in the restaurant

Come whenever you wake up. The buffet offers a generous selection: freshly prepared egg dishes, fragrant bread from the Unmüßig bakery in Hinterzarten, fine cheese, local jams, a wide selection of teas, and freshly brewed coffee. We love the balance between regional, seasonal produce and exquisite delicacies from further afield. Prepared fresh every morning and served in a cosy atmosphere. Also available as a Champagne breakfast on request. We’re happy to cater for guests with allergies by prior arrangement.

1.30 p.m. – 4 p.m.

Something light for the afternoon. So that the small appetite doesn’t stand a chance – and the big appetite for the evening meal remains.

From 6.15 p.m.; please arrive by 7.30 p.m.

The highlight of the day. Choose from four set menus – including a fish menu and a vegetarian menu. Accompanied by a fresh salad bar and a fine selection of cheeses from the Southern Black Forest and France. Our cuisine has its roots in the local region, is inspired by the Mediterranean, and focuses on seasonal produce from suppliers we have known and valued for years. Accompanied by a wide selection of wines by the glass – from local producers and international vineyards. Take your time – the evening is yours.

The Reppert family

The people behind the experience

Chef de cuisine Timo Matthes has been with us for four years and has developed his own style in the Reppert kitchen: a love of regional dishes and a passion for his home region, combined with Mediterranean influences. His partner, Nicoleta Capatina, has been running our restaurant for almost six years now – with heart, care, and an instinct for what our guests want.
