Reppert’s in-house programme

The day begins at a slower pace. And ends up richer.

There’s no entertainment programme at Reppert. There are invitations. To take part, to watch, to be there – or not. Our programme combines exercise, nature, culture, and indulgence, all in just the right balance and always in the spirit of slow living. Nothing is compulsory; everything is allowed. This will turn your stay into a little journey of self-discovery.

Gentle movement and mindfulness

If you’re looking for inner peace, you’ll find it on the mat. Yang and Hatha yoga gently strengthen, realign, and revitalise. Yin yoga encourages you to let go: spending several minutes in gentle poses that nurture the fascia and calm the nervous system. Meditation brings clarity and calm to your day – guided breathing and mindfulness sessions that work without asking too much of you. All classes are designed to be beginner-friendly and, weather permitting, are also held outdoors.

Out and about

The Black Forest begins right on Reppert’s doorstep. On our guided walks, you’ll discover the quiet paths, open woodlands, and viewpoints around Hinterzarten – at your own pace, in good company, and with little stories along the way. Our mindful walks are like short breaks to catch your breath: a few steps with a big impact.

Culture and indulgence

In the evening, it gets cosy. Readings, small concerts, talks, and exhibitions provide a delightful cultural backdrop to the day. Our wine tastings are the perfect complement – featuring carefully selected wines, regional highlights, and plenty of time for questions and conversation. There’s no need to rush. Simply have a good time.

An example of what your week might be like

A gentle start to the week on the mat on Monday. Take in the views on a guided walk on Tuesday. Wednesday: a cultural evening in a small group. Thursday: terroir in a glass. A mindful walk on Friday. Saturday: a deep dive into Yin yoga. Start Sunday with a clear mind through meditation. A week that leaves a lasting impression – and lingers long afterwards.

You can find the current courses, including times, meeting points, and how to register, in the Reppert app.
