Good to know before you arrive

Your stay begins at 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 11.30 a.m. on the day of departure, after breakfast.

Your room is available until 11 a.m. You can use our wellness and spa facilities free of charge until 2 p.m. on the day of departure. Would you like to stay a little longer? Simply book our day spa as an add-on.

Every week, we offer a variety of excursions and scenic drives. Our reception team will be happy to provide you with information about current offers and fees.

We are happy to create a stylish atmosphere for you – and we would appreciate it if you could dress appropriately when dining in the restaurant. For dinner, we welcome gentlemen in long trousers and a shirt, and ladies in smart attire.

You can hire e-mountain bikes and e-flyer bikes (including helmet) directly from us. Rates upon request.

During Easter, 1 May, Ascension Day, Whitsun, Corpus Christi, and 1 November, seasonal rate B applies to stays of up to 5 nights.

A minimum stay of 7 nights applies for Christmas and New Year’s Eve. We would be happy to provide you with a separate offer for these periods.

Pets are very welcome here on request – we will also provide a bed with a feeding and drinking station. Your dog is welcome to accompany you inside the hall and on the terraces. The dining areas, wellness area, and garden are reserved for our human guests. Please bring a blanket and towels to dry off your dog.

• Price per dog: €25.00 per night (without food)
• Final cleaning if required: €60.00
• Special cleaning of bedding and upholstery as required: €300.00

We ask that your pet is house-trained, gets on well with other dogs, and stays on a lead when out with you. If your dog finds it difficult to be alone in the room, we will work out a solution together.

Reppert is a place of peace and relaxation. Since 2017, we have therefore been offering holidays for families with children aged 10 and over. Extra beds for children or adults aged 16 and over are available on request. Children’s rates apply when staying in their parents’ room, provided there are at least two full-paying adults.

All prices are all-inclusive rates per person per night – including our pampering time, service, and taxes.

If you do not make use of the pampering time, we will credit €12.00 for adults and €6.00 for children per day to your room bill. Any other services not used cannot be reimbursed. Only one offer (package deal, price discount, etc.) may be claimed at any one time.

Tourist tax

• Adults aged 16 and over: €3.50 per day
• Children up to 15 years: €1.70 per day

Reppert is a non-smoking hotel. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony.

For the 2026 and 2027 holiday seasons, our standard free cancellation period of 21 days prior to arrival applies. Exception: Christmas and New Year’s Eve – special conditions apply here.

Our mini-breaks and special offer weeks (for example “7=6”) cannot be cancelled free of charge.

We require your cancellation in writing and will endeavour to re-let any cancelled rooms. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance – we will send you the relevant documents along with your confirmation. Alternatively, you can book the insurance online with Europäische Reiseversicherung (ERV).

Summer price: €12.00 per day
Winter price: €16.00 per day

Are you travelling by electric car? You can conveniently charge your electric car overnight right at the hotel – so it’s ready again in the morning for your next drive through the Black Forest. Please ask at reception for further details and terms and conditions.

It is best to book massages, body treatments, and physiotherapy sessions well in advance – appointments are in high demand, particularly during the peak season. Our wellness area is designed for rest and relaxation. Children under the age of 14 are only permitted entry when accompanied by an adult – separate swimming times apply for them. Jumping into the pools and playing ball games are not permitted.

For children and teenagers, we recommend the water park in Titisee-Neustadt – there are plenty of attractions there.
