WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

  • At the reception, the experience begins – with a friendly look, a calm voice, and a genuine moment of welcome. You don’t just manage processes – you create memories.
  • Personal welcoming and farewell of our guests at Hotel REPpert and WaldFunkeln LODGE
  • Individual guest advice – from room preferences to spa appointments and hiking tips
  • Careful handling of reservations & guest correspondence (phone, written, digital)
  • Preparation of offers, vouchers, and our weekly guest newsletter
  • Working with ASA hotel software, ReGuest, GuestNet, HNS, and Microsoft Office
  • Cross-department communication to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Responsibility for the atmosphere at reception – friendly, structured, present

WHAT DEFINES YOU

  • You enjoy working with people, have a keen eye for detail, and love it when everything runs smoothly. And you know: true hospitality is not a gesture – it’s an attitude.
  • Training in hospitality or relevant experience in upscale hotel industry
  • Professional, confident appearance with natural warmth
  • Very good German skills and confident English communication – French is a plus
  • Experience with hotel software (ideally ASA) and digital confidence
  • Resilience, team spirit, and an eye for quality
  • Discretion in handling sensitive information
